Property is booming in Tersefanou, Cyprus, due to the new Golf Course and plenty of new build and off plan apartments for sale. There are not many resale properties in the Tersefanou area near Larnaca, just to the north of Kiti . Tersefanou is not far from Larnaca airport, and is about 1 and a half hours drive from Paphos.
