Larnaca Marina to be upgraded

The long awaited Larnaca Marina upgrade is due to start in 2015. The old oil and gas storage facilities/refineries are due to be relocated to Vasilikos on the way to Limassol.

The old town of Larnaca has also seen the waterfront promenade area developed on the way to Mackenzy beach area and Larnaca airport. This makes it a great time to buy a property, as prices have dropped considerably now, and the exchange rate is improving for buyers outside the Euro area - as the Euro has started to devalue as of late.
